Step 1: お問い合わせ (Inquiry)
To start your order, please contact us via original artworks purchasing form with the following details. This allows us to calculate your final quote accurately.

Step 2: お見積りの作成と最終確認（Quote & Confirmation）
After receiving your inquiry, we will calculate the total amount and send you a formal Quotation (お見積書) via email.
（お問い合わせ受領後、最終的なご請求総額を計算し、正式な「お見積書」をEメールにて送付いたします。）
(1) Price Breakdown (お見積り額の内訳)
The quote will include the following three components（お見積りには以下の3点が含まれます。）：
- Art Price (作品価格): The base price of the original artwork.
- International Shipping Cost (海外送料): The cost typically starts from around ¥10,600 per item and includes secure international shipping with tracking and full insurance. Please note that the final shipping fee may vary based on the destination and the total number of items, and will be specified in your detailed estimate. （海外送料：通常、作品1点につき10,600円程度からとなります。保険・追跡付きの安全な国際便を利用いたします。最終的な送料は、お届け先の地域や作品数によって変動する可能性があり、詳細なお見積もりに記載いたします。）
- Payment & International Transaction Service Fee (決済・国際取引サービス料): This fee is calculated to cover the full cost of secure international credit card processing (5.6%). This is required to maintain the original artwork’s price and ensure a safe transaction.（このサービス料は、お客様の安全なクレジットカード決済と、作品価格の維持に必要な国際取引手数料（5.6%）を織り込んだ金額です。）
While shipping fees are necessary, the original artwork you receive is far more than just a piece of art.

(2) Final Confirmation (最終確認)
Before proceeding, you must confirm that you agree to the price and all terms outlined in the quote. Your agreement acknowledges that all sales are final, and returns or cancellations are not accepted after shipping.

Step 3: 安全な決済（Secure Payment）
We use Stripe, the world-leading financial infrastructure, to ensure a highly secure and encrypted transaction for your purchase.

Payment Method
Credit Card only (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) is accepted for international orders.

Payment Procedure (決済手順):

Step 4: 梱包と発送（Packing & Shipping）
- Packing (梱包): Your valuable original artwork will be protected with custom, rigorous waterproof and shock-proof packaging. （お客様の大切な原画を保護するため、厳重な防水・衝撃対策を施した専用梱包を行います。）
- Shipping (発送): We will ship your order within 30 business days after payment confirmation. （ご入金確認後、30営業日以内に発送いたします。）
- Tracking & Insurance (追跡・保険): All shipments include a tracking number and full insurance coverage. The tracking details will be sent to you via email. （すべての発送に追跡番号と完全な保険が付帯します。追跡情報はメールにてお知らせします。）
ご注意（Important Notes）
- Customs Duties and Import Taxes (関税・輸入税について): The recipient is solely responsible for any Customs duties (関税) or Import taxes (輸入税) that may be levied by your country upon delivery. These costs are not included in your total payment to us. （作品の受け取り時、送り先の国で関税や輸入税が別途請求される場合があります。これらは、お客様ご自身でご負担いただく必要があります。）
- Returns and Refunds (返金・返品): Due to the nature of original, one-of-a-kind artwork and international shipping risks, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or cancellations after the order is shipped. （原画の一点物であり、海外発送に伴うリスクがあるため、原則として返品・返金・キャンセルはお受けできません。）
- Currency (通貨): All transactions will be processed in Japanese Yen (JPY).（すべてのお取引は日本円（JPY）で行われます。）
